I am just writing to say how very pleased I was with the service I received from your Company in connection with the purchase and installation of my new Computer.   I visited your shop in Royal Wootton Bassett for the first time last week and found Shane and his son most friendly and helpful.  Shane looked after my computer needs excellently and even came to my home to install my new PC.   I will certainly, therefore, have no hesitation in recommending your Company to others who need the services of a computer company.

It is so reassuring to know that Shane will always be on the end of the telephone or available to assist with any technical problems I may have in the future.

About 6 weeks ago I noticed that a new computer shop had opened in Borough Fields, in Royal Wootton Bassett. Then, nearly two weeks ago,my laptop started to play up so I decided to give the shop a try-out. I only visit Wootton Bassett once a week for a few hours and when I took the laptop into the shop I expected it to be left there for a week or two.
The shop was really clean and tidy, not like many computer repair shops which look like junk yards. The person who served me was very friendly and offered to try and repair the laptop that very day as I would not be back for another week.
True to his word, within about 3 hours or so, I received a phone call to say the laptop was ready. When I went back to collect it I saw a different member of staff who was also very friendly. I took the laptop home and it works better than it did when new.
I was charged a very reasonable price for the work and I am very satisfied with the service. A shop like this deserves to succeed so if you are reading this review give this shop your business and I feel confident that you will be very satisfied.”.

Firstly I just wanted to drop you a line to say how pleased I am that you have opened up shop in Royal Wootton Bassett. I noticed SP Computers about two weeks ago, while on a trip to Sainsbury’s, such a good move as we have nowhere else to go in RWB for any computer related problems.
Secondly, I must say that after losing my internet connection, last Friday evening (due to wireless router packing up), I went straight to SP Computers on Saturday morning, only a few minutes away, and with the brilliant assistance from Shane, came out with a new ready programmed router, and was back online as soon as I got home. Excellent service, I will definitely be spreading the word!

I’m sending a short email to thank you for the help you gave me with sorting out my problematic broadband connection.

I spoke to Shane in the SP Computers shop in Royal Wootton Bassett. I found it very refreshing that his first priority wasn’t to sell me anything; rather he wanted to listen and diagnose the technical problem I was experiencing. Once he had done that, he explained the various options I had without resorting to technical jargon. When I eventually decided on the purchase of a new router, he set it up free of charge. This included inputting the necessary ID and password, after he had explained how I could request these from my Internet Service Provider. He then gave me straightforward instructions for installing the router in my home. These instructions were so good that within a few minutes I had my broadband service up again and it was running reliably and at speed.

All in all, SP Computers provided me with an excellent service. As you are based locally in Wootton Bassett, there is an added benefit :- I feel confident I can call in for a chat if I encounter any more problems or when I want advice about adding to my home or mobile technology. I definitely shall be visiting you again!

Just a note to say thank you for looking at my son’s computer (laptop) today. Having called at one computer repairers and been quoted £49.95 plus VAT for any repairs, we managed to find you – you were, in fact, the store we were looking for in the first place – When your Moredon guys suggested we tried Stratton branch and ask for Bryan, we went there and true to his word, Bryan looked at and fixed the computer and at a very reasonable cost. So Thank You to both stores!

Thank you for your very efficient service.
Having waited THREE WEEKS for Pc World to tell us we needed a new Graphics Card which they were unable to supply, we sought the recommended help from SP Computers. They immediately suggested we leave our computer with them so they could confirm that this was the problem. They telephoned us 15minutes later to say they could fit the graphics card and the computer would be ready for collection within the hour. This was music to our ears – after the long wait we had from PC World – and their inablity to repair the fault.
We would not hesitate to recommend SP Computers and will certainly be taking any problems we may encounter in the future to them.

I was very impressed when I popped in to your store for the first time yesterday! I only needed the plastic thing that goes under a key on my laptop, 5 minutes later, part found, told no charge, I’m out the store and a very happy customer! It was only a small piece of plastic but wanted to say thanks, I now have a fully functioning S key again! You are now my first port of call for any future laptop/pc requirements!

Hello,
I thought I would put fingers to keyboard to say how pleased I was with the excellent customer service that I recieved from one of your staff on 11th April. My daughter was working on her geography course work which was all saved in her computer but not backed up as it was a work in progress. Her laptop crashed due to a virus and she was unable to access anything. The panic was at fever pitch. We spoke to a friend who is also her head of IT, he took a look and picked up the phone and duly dispatched us to your store. On arriving there we were served by Daniel. He instantly put my daughter at ease by telling her it was absoulutely retrievable and downloaded her work onto her memory stick, also suggesting that he download the rest of her work so that she had a copy. His customer care was exceptional, despite being totally disinterested in computers (me, not him!) he was able to explain the problem, but more importantly the solution in a way that didn’t soar over my head. I came home with one calm daughter who was able to continue with her work whilst you kept hold of her laptop until the following day to repair and clean up. Daniel is a credit to your team, we so often critisise but rarely compliment as a customer. On this occasion I feel it is important to give credit where it is due, so thank you Daniel for your professionalism and excellent customer service. When I can prize my other daughters laptop off her that too will be coming in for a spring clean.

To Shane and his team
SP Computers came highly recommended to me but we were unsure to use them as they were located so far away and we do like to support local services.
However we were not happy dealing with our local company and decided to give the guys a try when buying our new computer. First I would like to thank everyone at SP COMPUTERS for all of the times I have been in to their shop to have my laptop, my wife’s laptop and our home computer sorted.
The guys know we live 2 hours away so they always get to work straight away on the machines so that we are able to wait around and go back with a working computer. Even the day we brought the new one we travelled to Swindon choose a system then went into the town approx 5 miles away and had a call 4 hours later to say that it was ready for collection. When we got home there was no messing trying to install all the old software as the guys had also done this for us other than the printer. Even the old data had been transferred so all of our pictures and I-tunes were still there. We are getting old and struggle with these new computers but we would not be without them as they are used for not just home stuff but work.
Even on one occasion one of the engineers drove 100 miles to us to resolve an issue with our Orange broadband router. It was in fact a faulty router and so he changed it for an Edimax which not only gave us our broadband back but increased the wireless signal and speeded up the connection. The team at SP COMPUTERS are always friendly and helpful and give great advice and customer service; we will always use and recommend the team at SP Computers.
Worth the drive and the coffee is good…lol

Another good result from from SP Computers! We have just had a home visit to upgrade our pc and renew the virus protection. You have been one of our best finds. We bought our computer from you a few years ago and you have maintained an impressive standard of customer service since then. This has been much appreciated by two very non-techno people. We have spoken to different members of staff on various occasions and everyone has been helpful, friendly and efficient.
