Our Pick-Up – Repair – and Return service is aimed at home users who cannot get into town easily.
At work all day? – Work Shifts? – Can’t get out of the house? – Don’t have transport?
Then this is the service for you.
All for only £49 (includes vat)
(to be paid when your computer is collected)
For this price we will:
Come to you’re your house, pick up your computer and take it back to the shop for you.
At the shop we will run a FULL diagnostic test on your computer.
After the diagnostic tests have been completed, we will contact you, and tell you what the problem is.
At that time we will give you an estimate of the total repair cost, which will include parts and labour, before we go any further,
so you can agree that we should continue, or not, as the case might be.
If you then decide NOT to have the work done, we will return your computer to you at no further charge to you.
The following will incur extra cost:
If you do decide to have the work done, then your computer will be repaired in our fully equipped workshop.
The cost for the repair will be quoted to you, before we start, and will include any necessary parts and labour.
Note: The labour rate charged in the workshop is £39 per hour (includes vat).
Note: If Data/Program back-up and/or restore is required this will encur extra cost.
Note: For reloading programs the customer is required to provide the necessary installation discs.
When the work is complete, we will call you to arrange a convenient time to return it to you.
We provide this service Mon to Fri (Saturdays and holidays by arrangement) – and remember - NO hidden charges!
